Property Prices - Teulada

In 2023 property prices in the Valencian Community have continued to rise and this looks set to continue with the OECD confirming that economic growth in Spain is forecast to hit 1.4% in 2024 and 2.09% in 2025, making it one of the strongest economies in Europe. This together with the high quality of life is making Spain a destination for clients worldwide to make their homes in Spain.

This is born out by the data released which shows in January 2024 the Alicante province has seen the highest level of growth in property prices, with average prices of 2.077€ per sqm, an increase of 11.3% compared to January 2023.

In the Marina Alta, the most expensive location to purchase a property is Moraira, where the price per sqm is around €3,655, this is why Teulada is appealing to more and more clients who wish to purchase either an Apartment, Villa, or Townhouse for sale which are only 6km from Moraira for a fraction of the price. 

Apartments for sale in Teualda, start from around €1,400 per sqm for a three-bedroom Apartment with parking, whilst in Moraira in the center of town range from €4,700 per sqm to €8,114 per sqm.

Teulada also has a wealth of amenities, with sports facilities (Municipal swimming pool, football stadium, Padel courts etc) as well as bars and restaurants and it also is the home to the Townhall for Tuelada-Moraira. 

You can also still purchase a Menu Del Dia for €15 in Bar La Cultural, or visit one of the many bars and restaurants in Teulada where you can enjoy a fantastic meal for less than in other Coastal Towns
