Having travelled extensively, from the Artic, to Kuwait and China he took the decision to open a Real Estate Company and specialise in the sale of Properties and Rustic Land during the Pandemic years.
In the Pandemic he also, through his contacts in China, imported Face Masks for the Public Health service, at a time when they were in short supply, ensuring that the local services were well equipped. This entreprenurial spirit has also seen him work with various business partners to also create his own Building Company.
Joan Josep Andrés Soler prides himself on maintaining his family reputation, and for this reason his approach is community based, wanting to work within the local community. In the past 8 years Joan has given up his time to work as a Festero in the main town of Teulada Fiestas, as well as La Font Santa, and the recent 2023 Fiestas de San Pedra, as well as being a regular participant in the Moraira Moors and Christrians.
