Mediterránea Villas offers 8.000m2 for development on the slopes of the Montgó in Jávea. Please read below the conditions for development:

This is urban land which is pending urban development, (infrastructures such as lighting, telephony, drinking water, road access...).
On this land a space will be reserved for a green zone and the rest must be minimum plots of a minimum surface of 1.500m2.
This land can be converted into a plot with the urban development, its disadvantage at the moment, is that any infrastructure can be carried out except for the installation of the sewage network.The sewage network is a work to be carried out by the Jávea Town Hall.

At the moment, a project is being drawn up for the first section to be carried out in the whole municipality and which fortunately will be in the Montgó area, which is where our land is located. This area has been subdivided into various phases, and the land we are interested in is in the second phase, so temporarily, the municipal administration cannot confirm in what period of time this infrastructure will be available to the owners and completely finished.
Once completed, the owners will be able to make the connection from the ground in Calle Muela to the main network which will be in the Carretera de Jesús Pobre.
