"I grew up in Teulada, and left to study in the University of Alicante, though my heart and soul was still in Teulada-Moraira. I believe that Mediterranea Villas can offer a service that is community based so we are looking to not only sell people properties on the North Costa Blanca but also help them after the sale should an issue occur"

Are you going to open an office?

"We have already purchased an office space, and we are currently working with the Townhall on having this open early in 2024"

Why should someone list their property with you?

"Mediterranea Villas advertises online with multiple web portals and we have recently upgraded our website, we also work with a dedicated Media company and Marketing Consultant to ensure that every property has the best chance of reaching clients in all markets"

Is the Costa Blanca still a good place to purchase a property

"Without a doubt, yes, we currently have a shortage of properties in the Costa Blanca, North and South for sale, after the pandemic, property owners decided to use their properties rather than sell them, this has lead to higher demand than supply and properties priced at market levels sell very quickly"

Are you API registered and Fully Insured

"The requirements are that you either pass an Exam or if you have professionial level qualification then you are accepted for Certification, Mediterranea Villas have the API registration and we are also fully Insured, if any clients require the details then we are more than happy to supply them.
